PROTOCOL 1:
A 12-week clinical study conducted on 76 females with Fitzpatrick type I-VI, ages 35 to 60. Product was applied twice daily in conjunction with use of regular cleanser and sunscreen. Efficacy evaluation conducted at baseline, post application, and at weeks 1, 4, 8, and 12.

PROTOCOL 2:
A 4-week clinical study conducted on 35 female subjects with Fitzpatrick type II and III, ages 30 to 65. Test product or control was applied twice daily in conjunction with use of cleanser and sunscreen. Efficacy and tolerance evaluation conducted at baseline, following treatment with a fractional laser (Halo (Sciton) 1470nm, non-ablative mode), and after day 28. A single-center, evaluator-blinded, randomized, and controlled clinical study was performed on 26 females and males aged 23-50 years old and with Fitzpatrick I-IV phototypes. Sciton Erbium:YAG laser was used to generate two uniform test sites on the volar forearm of each subject at Day 0, followed by randomized immediate application of the Advanced RGN-6 cream or left untreated. Advanced RGN-6 cream was then applied twice daily during the study. Clinical and bioinstrumentation evaluations were conducted to measure skin healing efficacy at Days 0, post laser, 1, 7, 11, 14 and 18.
